RENEW Wisconsin will be hosting its second annual renewable energy policy summit on Friday, January 11 at the Pyle Center in Madison. The purpose of the summit is it provide the background and tools to organize Wisconsin renewable energy stakeholders to “Power Positive Action” in 2013. You represent part of Wisconsin’s renewable energy community, which is the constituency that RENEW seeks to engage in planning and organizing Wisconsin’s renewable energy agenda for 2013.
If you have not yet registered, you still can on the Summit Web site.
At the 2012 Summit, RENEW proposed a realistic agenda for retaking the initiative on renewable energy policy. Building on the energy unleashed by that gathering, we prevented a number of policy reversals from occurring this year, and in other areas we started moving forward again. Please join other clean energy advocates at this year's Summit, where we will lay the policy foundation for Powering Positive Action in 2013 through investments in new renewable infrastructure serving Wisconsin businesses and citizens.
